Fourth of July Weekend

header2

The island is buzzing in anticipation of the upcoming Fourth of July weekend, and downtown Edgartown in particular is decked out in red, white, and blue to celebrate the holiday. It's arguably the busiest weekend of the summer, and marks the true beginning of the season. As host to the parade and fireworks show, downtown Edgartown is the place to be to during the Fourth of July festivities, drawing residents and vacationers from all over the island onto the brick sidewalks of Main Street and other downtown side streets to claim a spot.

Hate fighting the crowds? Well, we have a few properties on the market that offer a perfect vantage point with the added comfort and convenience of staying at home.

These two properties sit right along the parade route, providing a front row seat without having to leave the front yard:

Most people watch the fireworks squished among the crowds at Memorial Wharf or other harborfront locations, but from this Chappaquiddick property overlooking Edgartown Edgartown Harbor, you could enjoy your own private show:

There are also several other downtown properties that are merely a few steps or a short walk away from all the action on Main Street and the harbor:

We hope everyone has a safe and happy Fourth of July! Also, don't forget that due to weather conditions, the parade and fireworks have been rescheduled for Saturday, July 5th.
