Born and raised in California, Casandra began her career in resort work, hospitality, and event planning—fields that instilled a strong foundation in service, communication, and attention to detail. She moved to Martha’s Vineyard permanently in 2008 when her children were young and considers it a privilege to have watched them grow up in such a vibrant and close-knit community.

People are drawn to the Vineyard for its distinct town character, breathtaking shoreline, sense of calm, and the opportunity it offers for meaningful connection with family and friends. After living and working on the island for more than a decade, Casandra has developed a deep understanding of its neighborhoods, rhythms, and the people who make it so special.

For over ten years, Casandra served as a support worker and program facilitator at the Family Center of M.V. Community Services, building lasting relationships throughout the community and supporting families through important life milestones. These experiences translate seamlessly into her real estate work, where she thrives on being part of meaningful moments, meeting new people, and guiding clients toward their next chapter.
