She has gained experience at various island organizations, including Connect to End Violence, Martha’s Vineyard Community Services, and the Oak Bluffs Elementary School.

Growing up in Oak Bluffs, Emily attended the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School. As a multi-generational island native, returning to the island after graduating from college was a natural choice.

Emily currently resides in Oak Bluffs with her husband and daughter, together they are excited about raising their family on Martha’s Vineyard.
