Originally from Amherst, Massachusetts, Rachel spent countless summers in Oak Bluffs and moved to the Vineyard year-round in 2014 after graduating from the University of Vermont. Originally from Amherst, Massachusetts, Rachel spent countless summers in Oak Bluffs and moved to the Vineyard year-round in 2014 after graduating from the University of Vermont. She started at Sandpiper in 2018 as the agency's office manager before taking the job of Marketing and Development Coordinator at the Martha's Vineyard YMCA. There she managed fundraising and advertising efforts for the nonprofit.

In 2023, Rachel returned to Sandpiper to work alongside one of the agency's top producers, Katie Donahue. She brings with her substantial experience in local outreach as well as unparalleled customer service, communication and organization skills. Rachel fully embraces the Vineyard lifestyle and is an avid animal lover. She spends her free time volunteering for a local animal rescue, and when not at the office, you can find her at the dog park with her two dogs, Jake and Luna.
